      WHAT IS AN "OPEN BOX" ITEM?
      Open box is when the sunglasses are in mint perfect condition but there is a defect in the packaging, to include but not limited to the outer sunglasses box showing minor to major signs of damage during transit or the sunglasses does not come with an outer sunglasses box. Open box items will always have two inner layers of protection to include both a sunglasses case and a sunglasses sleeve to protect the sunglasses during transit. Open box items are non-refundable.
      HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?
      Packages from our warehouse in Texas will be shipped by USPS Priority Shipping unless otherwise stated. Please allow The Lion Chain 1 business day to process your order. Business days are Monday-Friday. If an order is placed after 3pm CST, the order will be processed the following day. If an order is placed during the weekend, the order will be processed the upcoming Monday.
      DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
      For international shipments, we currently only ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. To qualify for free shipping for those outside the continental US, you must place a minimum order of 5 items for orders shipping to Canada and 10 items when shipping to the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.       WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
      We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

      RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If the item arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. You must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and in the original packaging. You cannot request a refund if: * Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address) * Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Thelionchain.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster). * Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Thelionchain.com (items stolen from your address entrance) * You purchased an item as "Open Box." * Your product has been opened and used. * You have been in possession of the product for 2 days or longer after delivery with no advance notice that a refund is requested.       DO YOU OFFER A REFUND ON SALE AND OPEN BOX ITEMS?
      Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale and open box items cannot be refunded.
      WHAT IF I CHANGED MY MIND AND I WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER?
      All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
