HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?
Packages from our warehouse in Texas will be shipped via USPS Priority Shipping depending on the weight and size of the product.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Unfortunately we only cover the US and Canada for single items at this time. Due to high shipping costs, we will only ship internationally if the total cost of the order exceeds US $1,000. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates: Location *Estimated Shipping Time United States 7-10 Business days. Canada, Europe 10-20 Business days. Australia, New Zealand 10-20 Business days. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one. If the item arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. You must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and in the original packaging.
UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS I CAN'T REQUEST A REFUND?
You cannot request a refund if: * Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address) * Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Thelionchain.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster). * Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Thelionchain.com (items stolen from your address entrance) You can request a refund by sending a message on Contact Us page. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and we will contact you.
DO YOU OFFER REFUND ON SALE ITEMS?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
WHAT IF I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER?
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
