All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If the item arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. You must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and in the original packaging.
If you are unsatisfied with the products, you can return the products within 1 week of receiving the products. Products must be in the original packaging with no signs of wear. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any return shipping costs will be paid for by you, the customer.
You cannot request a refund if:
* Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
* Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Thelionchain.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
* Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Thelionchain.com (items stolen from your address entrance)
* You purchased an item as "Open Box."
* Your product has been opened and used.
* You have been in possession of the product for 2 days or longer after delivery with no advance notice that a refund is requested.
You can request a refund by sending a message on Contact Us page. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and we will contact you.
Clearance & Open Box items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items on clearance and open box items cannot be refunded. These sales are FINAL.
Post-Purchase Sale Items Policy
When purchasing a post-purchase sale item, you CAN'T order the same item using the post-purchase discount and then email us requesting a refund of the original item ordered. This is called taking advantage of the system and is NOT tolerated.
